European Quarter

Few districts in Europe are as singular as Brussels' European Quarter. For investors this is Brussels' purest rental-demand story: studios and one-bedroom apartments let almost on sight, vacancy is low, and yields rank among the city's best. The caution is concentration, as the quarter lives and breathes by the institutions, so its rental market is exposed to any structural shift in how, and how much, the EU staffs its capital.
