About Campo di Marte

East of the centre, Campo di Marte is where Florentines actually raise families: tree-lined viali, the Artemio Franchi stadium, the Coverciano national-team training ground, and the lively Le Cure market quarter. It has its own railway station and good schools, with the historic centre a short bus or tram ride away. For buyers it offers a different value proposition, roughly €1,000–€2,000/m² below the centre, with parking, balconies and a real neighbourhood feel. Crucially it sits outside the UNESCO short-let restrictions, leaving long-term-let economics intact and yields among the city's healthiest.
