About Playa Brava

Playa Brava stretches south of Cavancha along an open, surf-pounded beach, and has become Iquique's newer residential growth corridor, lined with modern apartment towers and a long coastal promenade. While its waters are rougher and less swimmable than Cavancha's, the wide beach, sunsets and contemporary housing stock appeal to families and professionals seeking newer construction. Apartments here trade around USD 1,800-2,100 per m2, slightly below prime Cavancha. Long-let gross yields run 4.6-5.2%, supported by professional tenant demand and newer-build appeal.
