Nai Harn is the gentle face of Phuket. The caveats are structural to resort property: returns lean on high-season occupancy and professional management, and island-wide villa supply keeps rising. Ownership follows Thai rules, condos freehold within the 49% building quota, while villas use leasehold or company structures because foreigners cannot own land outright.
