Camino a Caburgua

The Camino a Caburgua is Pucón's rural-residential corridor, winding north through native araucaria and coigüe forest toward the turquoise Lake Caburgua and the Ojos del Caburgua waterfalls. It is the domain of parcelas (land plots), gated nature condominiums and cabañas set among trees with volcano and river vistas. For investors this corridor offers the most accessible entry into Pucón's land market: parcels and condominium plots trade from roughly 1,200-3,000 UF, with completed cabañas yielding strong seasonal short-lets of 6-8% gross. Demand for eco-retreats and remote-work hideaways is rising, and limited buildable, forested land supports appreciation. Crucially, buyers must run careful title due-diligence here - some rural parcels touch agricultural or indigenous-protected designations under Law 19.253.
