About Moema

Moema is an affluent Centre-South bairro of around 70,000 people immediately west of the 220-hectare Parque Ibirapuera. It is flat, green, planned and pedestrian-friendly, with a notable American and expat community drawn by schools and walkability, more relaxed than corporate Itaim Bibi. It is one of São Paulo’s top gastronomic poles, with 700+ bars and restaurants along the Alameda dos Anapurus strip and a refined jazz-and-blues nightlife, anchored by Shopping Ibirapuera and now served by Metro Line 5-Lilás (Moema and Eucaliptos stations). For investors it reads as a defensive blue-chip residential hold, among the most expensive bairros in the city, with reliable rental liquidity, durable value retention and steady (not explosive) appreciation.
